David Whiting qualified as a Solicitor in 1982. He has spent the vast majority of his professional life in representing clients in criminal matters, both individuals and companies. He has also developed more specific expertise defending prosecutions in Health and Safety, Food Safety, Trading Standards and Environmental Protection Law. David has been a Duty Solicitor (approved and accredited as providing specialist independent advice and representation for those who do not have their own solicitor) for over 30 years at Police Stations and Magistrates’ Court.
Nicola Purches has been a qualified Solicitor for over 20 years having previously been employed as a Magistrates’ Court Legal Adviser. As well as providing representation at the Police Station and in the Magistrates’ Court she is qualified as a Higher Rights Advocate enabling her to represent clients also at the Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
Nicola has also been a Duty Solicitor for many years also providing advice and representation at the Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts.
